Honor sacrifice.

Sometimes heroes dies, there family is left incomplete, their life is given away young. There is a lot of things that will not be the same and a lot will be missed.
But it's the impact of their deeds, it is this that is sacrificed for a greater cause, it is them who change life of many completely at many levels.
It is this that makes them heroes. And they should be given respect and kept in hearts so even in troubled times their families never forget what their loved ones sacrificed for. Afterall they deserve this much from us.
