To be motivated at all times you need to ask yourself 3 questions.
1. Ask yourself what are things that actually matter in your life!
It can be fitness, money, friends and relationships ( not in the same order ).
2. Does these things really matter to you ? Arrange them according to what will affect you the most.
3. Answer yourself why are they so important to you. If you find that you don't know or can't answer you may leave it for later till you find an answer. This will help your mind to be focused and clear.
Now Everytime you don't want to do something or can't find some motivation. Remember what you wanted and why you wanted it.
It's your life and it better give you what you have always desired but never achieved because you want it and it is yours.
It's not as easy to as it is to read this. It's not any more difficult than doing than finding these answers. Kudos.
